“Calamity struck us on 13th June 2018, when Tower B of our BeauMonde Towers at Prabhadevi caught fire. the power supply to the whole building was cut-off including the lifts, common area and residences up to the 33rd floor. The entire building was thus evacuated. We were looking at an estimated time of 4 to 6 weeks for the duct replacement.

There were 43 fittings required to be replaced at 30ft ceiling height in Basketball court along with the strict time schedule. This installation was supposed to be done after school hours as basketball court was occupied by students for their practice in school hours.
